What to Expect Photo Day

Appointments are scheduled depending on property size and products ordered. Shoots generally last on average 30-75mins.  I schedule assuming the entire time will be focused on the photography process. In order for me to utilize my time to your benefit, please have your home ready to go and picture perfect.  Time is not allotted to shuffle items from room to room or for the prep list to be completed.  Please don’t ask me to move furniture/guns/valuables for liability reasons.

I know selling your home is an intrusive and time consuming process so I do my best to stay on schedule out of respect for clients and homeowners alike, including the photoshoots following your’s. Let me know if your clients work from home so we can navigate around that. Also, I know that sometimes stuff happens, so please give me a heads up if delayed by a few minutes and I will do the same! If you are not going to make the appointment window, I do charge a cancellation fee collected when placing your order.

If you choose to meet me at the time of the photoshoot, we will do a quick walkthrough to make sure we have no questions and/or for you to point out anything out of the ordinary that you would like highlighted (or avoided). If you are not meeting me there, please include anything pertinent, including ALL access codes, when you schedule the shoot or email before the appointment time. I will text you if I have any questions after I arrive. After that, my attention is devoted to the creative process!  You are welcome to stick around but I will ask you, the homeowners, and pets to remain in a different part of the house than where I am currently shooting (Pets do like to watch me through the windows while I shoot so putting them in the backyard is not a viable option).  Or, feel free to leave/take them for a walk and I can shoot you a text when I am about done, turn off lights and lock up for you.
